These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UltraLooksMaxxing website and face-scoring service (the "Service"), operated by UltraLooksMaxxing ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service and its limitations

UltraLooksMaxxing uses automated analysis to estimate facial measurements and generate a score. This is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not a medical, psychological, or professional assessment of any kind, it does not diagnose any condition, and it should not be used as the basis for medical, cosmetic, or mental health decisions. Results are algorithmic estimates and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or reflect the limitations of the underlying model — not an objective or definitive measure of your appearance or worth.

4. Photos you upload

You retain ownership of any photo you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that it is of yourself (or that you have the legal right and consent to submit it), and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how uploaded photos are stored, used, and deleted.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, as shown at checkout) through our payment processor, Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
We may change our prices; we'll give you notice before any change affects your existing subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

upload photos of anyone without their consent;
upload photos of minors;
use the Service to harass, bully, or demean any person;
attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and underlying technology, is owned by UltraLooksMaxxing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that scores or recommendations will be accurate, complete, or achieve any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UltraLooksMaxxing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
